Men's Open Processing Group
Making your way in the world today takes everything you’ve got. Many men carry pressure quietly. They face work, relationships, faith, expectations, and personal struggles often without a place where they can just show up and talk honestly. Sometimes you just want to go where people know your name… and are genuinely glad you came.
Veritas Mental Health offers a therapist-facilitated men’s process group focused on real conversation, practical insight, and genuine connection. This group is designed for men who want a supportive environment to talk through real-life challenges, gain perspective, and build stronger relationships. Common topics include stress, marriage and relationships, fatherhood, faith and identity, addiction recovery, divorce, and the everyday pressures men face.
The group follows an open process format. You’re welcome to attend regularly, drop in when needed, or simply listen until you feel ready to participate. Some men come with specific challenges they want to think through, while others come to connect with men who understand similar experiences. Participation happens naturally — there’s no spotlight, no pressure to share, and respect for confidentiality and differing viewpoints is essential.
This group is facilitated by licensed therapists to help maintain a safe, respectful, and meaningful environment while encouraging natural conversation among participants. The focus is on connection, perspective, and growth rather than formal psychotherapy treatment.
Because sometimes you just need a place where you can show up as yourself — where people know your name, and are glad you came.
Our men’s open processing group meets Mondays at 5:00 p.m. at Veritas Mental Health, 825 N 1420 E, Orem, UT. Spots are limited, so reserve your spot by clicking here or the "Book Now" button below.
