Healing Through Connection

Logan Densley, LCSW
Logan Densley, LCSW, has spent more than a decade helping individuals, couples, teens, and families work through difficult patterns and create lasting change. His approach is direct, warm, and compassionate, with a focus on helping clients feel understood while also giving them practical ways to move forward.
Logan works with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship struggles, family conflict, substance use, pornography and sexual addiction, eating disorders, sexual abuse, and faith-related concerns. He is especially experienced in helping people who feel stuck in cycles of shame, disconnection, or destructive behaviors that have begun to affect their relationships, confidence, or sense of purpose.
Using evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Logan helps clients understand the patterns behind what they are experiencing and build skills that support healthier choices. He believes that many struggles with addiction, depression, and relationship distress are connected to a deeper sense of disconnection—from yourself, from the people you love, or from the life you want to live.
Whether you are trying to repair trust in a relationship, work through painful experiences, overcome pornography use, or simply feel more like yourself again, Logan provides a steady and nonjudgmental place to begin. His goal is to help clients regain a sense of control, strengthen their relationships, and build a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with their values.
Logan offers in-person therapy in Orem and telehealth appointments for clients throughout Utah.
