FAQs

What types of therapies do you offer?

We offer a wide range of therapy approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our team includes therapists with over 20 years of experience, bringing diverse personalities, styles, and specializations to the table. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, or faith transitions, we likely have a therapist who specializes in your specific concerns.

We use evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and many others, but what’s most important is finding the right therapist for you—someone whose approach resonates with you and feels like a good fit. Making lasting change requires a commitment to the process, and while our therapists will guide and support you every step of the way, the real transformation comes when you’re ready to do the work. Together, we can help you create meaningful, positive change in your life.
