Justin Freeman, MHC-I
I firmly believe therapy is a space for finding clarity, empowerment, and meaningful growth. I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and interpersonal challenges. I view change as most effective when it is grounded in a strong therapeutic relationship and a collaborative approach to treatment.
I earned my undergraduate degree in Psychology from Utah Valley University and am currently completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Heal Counseling at Utah Valley University. I have experience working in school settings in both English and Spanish and have supported individuals from a variety of cultural and personal backgrounds. I strive to create a therapeutic environment where clients feel safe to be genuine, understood, and empowered to live in alignment with their values while engaging in meaningful self-discovery.
Outside of therapy, I enjoy playing and watching basketball, hockey, baseball, and football, as well as spending time with family and friends.
