Jennie Strong, CSWI
I believe therapy is about more than overcoming challenges – it’s about finding real connection, building strength, and creating lasting, meaningful change. I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults facing anxiety, depression, OCD, and relationship struggles throughout Utah County.

My approach is collaborative and strengths-based. Using evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I help clients understand their patterns, manage difficult emotions, and develop practical coping strategies that empower them to move forward with confidence.

I earned my undergraduate degree in Family Studies from Brigham Young University and am currently completing my Master of Social Work at Utah Valley University. I’ve supported individuals in schools, residential treatment, and outpatient settings, and I believe every client deserves a safe, welcoming space to begin their healing journey.

Outside of therapy, you’ll usually find me playing soccer, pickleball, or spending time with my family. Growing up in a small Utah town with three brothers taught me the value of connection, resilience, and finding joy in everyday life – qualities I strive to bring into every session.
