Therapy that respects your values for adults. couples, children, and families dealing with depression, anxiety, emotional distress, family conflict, school problems, trauma, and major life disruptions.
Are you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or like you’re constantly repeating the same stressful arguments? Daily stress can easily pull individuals, couples, and families away from the connection they crave. As a Marriage and Family Therapy intern, I help people navigate life’s complexities with greater clarity and confidence.
Before transitioning to clinical therapy, I spent 10 years as an educator with a Master's in Education, working closely with children and families. That decade taught me so much about human nature, and it showed me how deeply our surroundings affect us.
I bring that real-world experience into the therapy room to support people at all stages of life:
-
For individuals: I offer a safe, down-to-earth space to untangle your thoughts, manage anxiety, or figure out who you are outside of everyone else's expectations. We’ll look at how your past shapes your present so you can build boundaries that actually stick.
-
For couples: I help you get out of the "blame game" and find your way back to each other. Together, we will examine the communication loops that keep you stuck, heal old hurts, and rebuild a secure, supportive partnership.
-
For children and families: I use my background in child development to make therapy engaging and collaborative. I don't point fingers; instead, I help parents and kids finally understand each other, change frustrating behaviors, and bring peace back into the home.
I am currently completing my second Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at National University. Outside of my clinical work, I enjoy snowboarding, longboarding, reading, hiking, and spending time with family.
