Miles Goodrich, LCSW
With over nine years of experience as a social worker, I’ve spent my career helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s toughest moments – from depression, anxiety, and trauma to suicidal thoughts or feeling completely stuck and overwhelmed. I bring a steady, compassionate presence to therapy, creating a space where nothing is too heavy to bring into the room.
Clients often tell me I’m easy to talk to, hard to offend, and someone they can count on to be in their corner. My approach is strengths-based and client-centered – I’ll help you recognize your resilience and move forward at a pace that feels right for you. I believe that healing begins with connection and honesty, and I aim to support your journey with empathy, understanding, and a bit of humor when it helps lighten the load.
Outside the therapy room, I love staying active and connected to my family and nature. You’ll usually find me camping, swimming, or playing board games with my wife and our four energetic boys. I also love good TV and still dream of traveling to New Zealand to walk through Middle-earth someday.
I hold a master’s degree in social work from the University of Texas at Arlington.
