   Tiffany is an adventurous soul with a passion for leading others to a place of healing within themselves and to live authentically. She has experience with mood disorders, anxiety, depression, healthy familial communication, and beneficial boundaries. As a mom, previous foster parent, post adoptive parent and trauma-informed caregiver Tiffany is experienced in creating nurturing relationships through connection and attachment. She is a TBRI practitioner (Trust-Based Relational Intervention) and can assist with attachment issues, repairing attachment trauma, and pre/post adoption concerns. Life is full of twists and turns and can be exciting and overwhelming. Tiffany can assist with life transitions including new parents, adoption, empty nest, other major life events and faith transitions. Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Psychology and is currently pursuing her Master of Science in Social Work at UVU.
