In life, we struggle at times with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, trauma, addiction, or other mental health concerns. Often, it can be difficult to understand all the elements that are contributing to the challenges we are facing. I can offer to support and collaborate with you as you discover the factors that are contributing to your negative experiences, work to hone your strengths, and develop new skills to overcome current and future challenges.
I incorporate evidence-based therapies including Mind-Body Bridging (MBB), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Whatever it may be that is causing you to feel uncomfortable or "stuck”, if you feel that I could be of help to you, please reach out.
